Role Description

MUST COMPLETE ALL MANDATORY TRAINING

The  Commercial and Residential Solar Agent will be responsible for customer acquisition and relationship management and will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify sales opportunities and provide customized solar solutions to residential clients.

Qualifications

MUST COMPLETE ALL MANDATORY TRAINING

• High school diploma or equivalent education required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration preferred

• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing preferred

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships

• Ability to work independently and as a team player

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Knowledge of solar energy systems and industry trends preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing situations and priorities
